With the current pandemic, we ask for your patience as we process orders for shipping.
Our goal is to ship orders same day whenever possible, but overnight shipping is an option if you need it in a rush. Shipping rates are based on your order total.

With the current pandemic, returns will not be accepted.
If your order arrives and you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to make it right. We accept returns within 30 days. You must contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning any item. Once the item arrives back to us, a refund will be made directly to your credit card. Please note, no refunds can be given for shipping & handling charges. No returns on sale items, books, or patterns. All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have odors (like mothballs or cigarette smoke) or pet hair on them.
Classes If you need to cancel your class registration, we are happy to accommodate changes made at least 3 business days before the start of your class. You can choose a different class or receive a store credit towards a future class registration. Please call us at (806)792-1885 if you need to make any changes. Please note that cancellations or changes made less than 3 business days of the class date are not eligible for a credit or refund. If we must cancel or reschedule a class for any reason, you may choose to receive a refund or store credit.
